Female Founders Incubator

Where female-led startups come to start up

Where female-led startups come to start up

If you are a first-time, Denmark-based female founder or founder-to-be who wants to learn how to transform your innovative and scalable business idea into a startup with high growth potential, we are here to help.

Getting past the first draft of a business plan and figuring out your next steps is scary and confusing for most first-time founders. That is why we want to support you from an early stage, and why we do not expect you to work on your startups full-time, have an MVP and/or a complete founding team - yet.

We have worked alongside hundreds of startups and while we are confident that we are doing a good job at helping them, we see a lack of gender diversity in the teams that turn to us for help. This is an initiative to change that.

How we will help you

The 4-month incubator program will help you validate your ideas, create a game plan, and carry out the next steps. This is done by providing you with actionable and personalized advice from a handpicked mentor and subject-matter experts, access to a solid network and support system, and curated tools and resources.

What our previous cohorts think:

"So grateful to be part of the Female Founders community and paired with my mentor, especially in terms of how much they've helped me prepare for meeting with VCs." (Korra, Co-founder of Paper Cutter Games)

"Being part of the Female Founders community has really showed impactful - especially grateful to be paired with my mentor and for the super relevant input, challenges and useful tools she has introduced me to." (Charlotte, Founder of Kiddo)

Get to know the mentors for Fall 2022:

Before founding their own companies, our mentors held high-level positions at companies like Momondo, Arla Foods, and Nykredit, worked at top management consulting firms, and broke ground as the first woman to be appointed dean of Copenhagen University's Faculty of Medicine.

Now, they want to dedicate their time, experiences, and first-hand knowledge to help you build your startup from the ground. You are guaranteed two sessions with your mentor, however, our hope is that the chemistry is right and that you will keep the relationship going beyond those first sessions.
